and folding frame for my Dad, as we moved him into a retirement community.
After four years, he had to be switched to a hospital bed, and we noticed

41. This is my first online review ever and hopefully that serves
as a testament to the value I have received as a new discount furniture customer. I moved to Vegas a few months ago and realized that the first and most important purchase I could make is that of a reliable and comfortable
bed. After consulting my uber-knowledgeable roommate who’s lived here
for a decade, he said “Get a best king size mattress.” I went to the
store and met Jesse and his crew the relaxing, no-hassle, no-pressure
environment. I found a mattress I liked a lot and left to check out what
Tempurpedic could offer at a regular mattress tore. Prices were ridiculous,
I felt rushed, and I couldn’t wait to get out of the place. I then returned
to best king size mattress the same day and told Andy I would like to purchase
the mattress. Turns out that the store and distribution center were out of
the mattress I wanted. Andy phoned his manager and arranged a temporary
alternative mattress and swap-out a few weeks later. Best king size mattress
also threw in a pillow for my troubles and another after I participated in
the “show us your best king size mattress” marketing campaign. I am looking
forward to a smooth swap in the next couple of weeks and appreciate the team’s
work getting me a comfortable way to sleep on my first night in the new apartment. Thank you best king size mattress for your help and for serving as a model business for others out there!

43. Well I must admit that I haven’t slept a full night on this mattress,
but I must write a Yelp review simply for the EASE of best inexpensive mattress
services. Goodbye annoying delivery guy, goodbye shipping fees, HELLO best
inexpensive mattress! I had been eyeing the Pillow Plus for a few weeks. After saving some cash, I finally made the purchase today. I’m a recent college grad, and it was hard to bring myself to make this big of a purchase. But best inexpensive
mattress did not disappoint. I simply paid for my mattress, threw the box
(YES, box) in the back seat of my car (actually, best inexpensive mattress
did that), drove home, brought the box up one flight of stairs (my roommate
helped, but the box was pretty light), took apart the box, removed the
biodegradable plastic wrapping, and VOILA, my best inexpensive mattress
popped up like a jack in the box. In case you’re not familiar, best inexpensive mattress are shrink wrapped, so the mattress actually expands after you open up the box! I paired the mattress with an Ikea frame and I’d like to add that a box spring is NOT necessary, due to the thickness of the bed. After I assembled my bed, I laid in it for 30 minutes and couldn’t get out of bed. I was SO comfortable! Needless to say, I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

44. I was excited about the best inexpensive mattress; I’m trying
to do my part for the world. I was very impressed by the help I received, knowledgeable and not pushy. It was easy to get the mattress home, since it comes rolled up in a box. Sleeping has never been so perfect. And when I found my Green Zebra coupon for a free pillow two months later, they honored the coupon happily.

45. This is the way retail should be. Good service, good product, good for the environment at best inexpensive mattress. We walked in a few minutes after 10 and by 11 we were unrolling our new mattress in our apartment. Thanks Jesse.

46. I had my heart set on a Heavenly Bed but a cross-country
move and delayed delivery would have meant sleeping on the floor
for more weeks than I care to. An easy visit to best inexpensive
mattress with no high-pressure sales tactics and I went home
that day with a comfy and cheaper bed in the back of my car.
I even stopped at Costco on the way home and was able to fit
my entire haul in the back of a Subaru! So easy!!

47. Buying a new mattress can be overwhelming and costly. Best
inexpensive mattresshelped me avoid both of these problems. I walked into the store at 5pm on a Tuesday and walked out by 5:45 with one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on. I have to thank Jesse, my salesperson, and best inexpensive mattress product line for that. I was within my budget and didn’t feel overwhelmed by the whole process. Eco-friendly, comfortable, affordable and easy to take home in the back of a VW Jetta. Couldn’t ask for more.

48. I have wanted to write my review on best inexpensive mattress
for a while now, but wanted to make sure I had the time to fully devote
myself in writing this review. I cannot rave about best inexpensive
mattress enough. Probably one of the best purchases I have made… EVER… IN MY LIFE. After reading about best inexpensive mattress online we decided to screw all the other mattress stores and check out best inexpensive mattress first. Literally maybe half an hour later, we left with our King size Tea Leaf
Supreme Bed nicely tucked in my car. Jesse was our salesperson and he was
super helpful. Jesse was very patient in helping complete the sale and
he even threw in 2 free pillows, which my boyfriend LOVES. Moving the mattress up 3 flights of stairs was not easy, but at least I didn’t have to hire someone to deliver it to my apartment. The mattress aired out nicely and I have had endless nights of restful sleep since. This by far is the most comfortable mattress. Extremely satisfied with
our experience with best inexpensive mattress. Last but not lease, we
received a thank you card from Andy a couple weeks later. That is what
I consider customer service!!!

49. I’ve never owned a “new” mattress before, and my boss at work
recommended best inexpensive mattress. I did a little research online
and went to the storefront after work ready for prices I’ve never
dreamed of paying for a mattress. But everyone always says it’s
where you spend a third of your time, so shouldn’t it be good? They’re totally right. I went in, was served green tea, was educated (but not pressured),
and happily bought a really expensive memory foam mattress (the Cloud). My mattress is wonderful (though a little more firm than I thought it
would be at the store, but maybe that’s a matter of the floor model
being slightly more broken in?), it was a breeze to take it home myself
(in a box in my little 4 door!), and frankly I just all around love it. Plus, unless best inexpensive mattress is lying, I can feel good about sleeping on a green, friendly piece of foam that didn’t hurt any woodland creatures in its creation. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay me! And yay, best inexpensive mattress.

50. I wanted to post a glowing review of my best inexpensive
mattress experience immediately upon purchasing a queen-sized best inexpensive mattress Cloud, but my boyfriend advised to wait and
actually sleep on the bed first. I’m pleased to report that the mattress has lived up to the shopping experience. Jesse at the Vegas location was extremely helpful without being at all pushy. My boyfriend and I was mattress shopping after just moving to Vegas. The process was daunting, especially because we’d left our vehicles behind. Upon learning that we were staying in a little hotel down the street, and planned to keep our mattress there
overnight until moving into our apartment the next day, a helpful store staff member loaded our box onto a little dolly and walked back to our hotel with us – awesome! Not that we couldn’t have managed it: best inexpensive mattress are miraculously packed into boxes half the size of a refrigerator box. The box fit snuggly into a taxi trunk the next day! The mattress came to life beautifully after being unpacked. The best inexpensive mattress Cloud is a memory foam-type mattress that is lovely to sleep on. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is you should check best inexpensive mattress out if you’re in the market for a new mattress!

51. I purchased king mattress and box spring, it is their entry
level product. Shipping was free; the mattress was well priced for
the quality of products used to make it. King mattress and box spring
ships their mattress in a box, it’s compressed and rolled up to fit.
My mattress was slightly damaged during shipment; I emailed them that
night about the problem. The next day I received an email back.
The mattress was damaged, but it did not affect the performance,
so king mattress and box spring gladly gave me a discount off the
total price. They also sent me a nice card with a gift certificate and some loose green tea. Now for the actual product, wonderful mattress, sooooooo comfortable, soft and cushy, but at the same time complete support. If the entry level mattress is this good I cannot imagine how nice the Tea leaf supreme models are. Overall great product, affordable, environmentally responsible, and excellent customer service.

52. I taught about king mattress and box spring from my sister who
was gushing about her new mattress. When I visited her in the Bay area
I sampled her bed and then visited the king mattress and box spring
showroom in downtown Vegas. I gravitated toward the queen-size Pillow
Plus but wasn’t ready to buy. The guy who helped me said I could call
them whenever I was ready to order. Well, I did call a week later and
I love my new mattress! I’ve ordered items from them twice now and each time has been a breeze. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Whenever a friend mentions wanting to buy a new mattress I tell them about king mattress and box spring. So comfy, great quality and eco-friendly!

53. I have to second everyone’s comments about the painless buying
experience. I spent half an hour deciding on a mattress, then threw
the box in the back of my car and drove it home. The best part is
letting it out of the box–it blows up like one of those magic sponges
you got when you were a kid. I also have to second the comments about how comfortable it is. I chose the Pillow Soft because it cupped my butt like a gentle lover. Now, I have had comfortable mattresses before, but they were
comfortable in the sense that I wanted to lay on them all day reading magazines. king mattress and box spring is like chloroform. Five minutes after laying down on it you are out cold, and you wake up 8 hours later having only the vaguest sense of what happened to you. Which is a good quality in a mattress (not so much in a lover)?

54. It was so easy buying a bed here. I went in with my toddler,
a friend and left with a brand new bed that fit in the back of my car. There was a great salesperson that didn’t make me feel like I was being pressured into buying something. And he was really nice and played with my son, which is an added bonus. I also have a European Sleep works bed, and I think they’re pretty similar except that the king mattress and box spring is a little bit squishier. But for the difference in price, it’s worth that extra softness. I bought the cheapest model and didn’t try out the higher
end models, so maybe those are more comparable.

55. This review is looooooong overdue. Bought a king mattress and box spring off Jesse about two months ago and let me say it’s the best bed I’ve ever owned. My girlfriendand I were debating back and forth about dropping over a grand on a new mattress and we’re so glad we pulled the trigger on this.
Jesse was great, super friendly and easy going, no stress or rushing
us to make a decision. I think we were in and out of the showroom
like 5 or 6 times before we finally coughed up some cash and made
the purchase. We’ve had our tea leaf two months now and I sleep like a baby on it  No more waking up in the middle of the night like I used, no more
bad back pain in the morning. Even my dog loves sleeping on it while
we’re at work during the day. Seriously, this has been one of the best purchases we’ve made in a while.

56. UPDATE: I have had my mattress for almost a week now and
I struggle to get out of it in the morning. Not because I’m tired
but because the bed is so comfortable it keeps me in there…it
won’t let me leave. Go buy king mattress and box spring now. OK, so I just bought my king mattress and box spring today so this
review is not for the quality of the actual mattress since I haven’t
actually slept on it yet. I will revise this review after a few times
of slumber. This review is for the welcoming and unintimidating service. Jesse was my sales guy and he was very friendly and very helpful and
actually was pushing me to get the cheaper mattress which is a coil
mattress. I opted to go with the memory foam. Yeah it cost more but
worth it. I figured I’d slept on coil beds my entire life. Why not
upgrade? Another bonus is that king mattress and box spring is an eco-friendly
mattress company. At least I know I’m buying a green product. Like I
said before. I’ll revise this review later with more of a review of
the actual feel and comfort of the bed.

57. Oh, what a wonderful place to shop at king mattress and box spring.
You enter and they offer tasty tea and give you all the time in the world
to test out their sweet beds. No pressure whatsoever. The beds are incredibly
comfy, environment-friendly and very reasonably priced. And saying that their service is good would be like saying that Mother
Teresa was kind of nice. Their service is virtually unmatched. We worked
with Jesse and he was absolutely fantastic. He answered our questions
when needed and left us to alone when we wanted to test out the beds. If you’re looking for a new bed, look no further thanking mattress and box spring.

58. Six months later and the bed are still awesome. I still wake up with an occasional sore neck or weird hip pain but nowhere near as much as I used to. Yet as crucial to my sleep as the new mattress is I think the size (king) plays an equally important role. The ability to spread out without kicking partners/cats/footboards is priceless. VERY happy with our bed.

spring after I posted my review. I guess about a year ago they had
some problems with a round of mattresses that went out and they’re
replacing my mattress for free!!! I’m pretty stoked about that. And now that I’m more educated about these mattresses we’re going to take the proper precautions to keep it safe. Thanks you king mattress and box spring! Pretty fantastic customer service. It’s really nice to see companies who care so much.

61. This was such a relaxing way to make a significant purchase.
I walk into the store and there’s one guy lounging on one bed, and
another guy on a different bed. They were chatting, so I just
assumed it was customers testing out the beds. It was actually
the infamous Jesse speaking with a customer. (I didn’t figure
that out until later) We said “Hi” then I proceeded to lay on a bed.
My boyfriend walks in, to what looks like an opium den I’m sure,
everyone just laying on beds in a coma. Andy was informative, not pushy and we walked out with a queen pillow top and frame. Still happy and LOVED that it was in a box,
and that it was inexpensive. That was Dave’s favorite – watching
the bed unravel and fill up. Very liberating experience. It’s kind of like a Chia Pet without the water… And just a huge thanks for having pricing on the king mattress and box spring website!

62. I am sooo happy and excited with the choice that Jesse
help me made, he was sooo helpful and understanding of exactly
what I was looking for in a mattress. So if you want an ideal
mattress … Jesse is the one that you should get in touch with!~ And he really worked with me since I needed to order my bed to
be delivered to the East Coast, since I am moving down that way,
it made my life so much easier. I bought the king mattress and
box spring and I am looking forward to a better night sleep.

63. The king mattress and box spring place is not overwhelming
as other mattress’ places, where you feel surrounded by sharks,
rather than sellers, and the “fabulous prices” that you see in
the tag are just a part of the final invoice. The options are limited, but I like that. It is easy to choose between soft (individual wrapped coins + memory foam = soft) versus firm (a lot of memory foam). The prices are a little..
pricey. The best of all: the mattress. We bought (and bring home the
same day) the Tea Leaf classic and we are happy. It is like to rest in a cloud. 🙂

64. Going on one week sleeping on this bed. It is definitely up there with some of the best money I have ever spent on ANYTHING. My back pain hasn’t been this light in over a year. Normally wincing through two low-impact cardio workouts on Saturday and Sunday has turned into three intense ones by Friday, with one on the treadmill. Running on a treadmill, let alone running at all was unfathomable for just about all of last year. I’m not goanna say the king mattress and box spring cured my back. I will say each of these past six nights I’ve laid down on my bed I can literally feel the tension dissipating from my lumbar region… I will say this was the most enjoyable week of sleep I’ve ever had. Plain and simple, I get better quality rest in less time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED king mattress and box spring.

that care about customer service and their online rating
(which I believe is a good thing) Immediately after writing about my frustration (which was not even that big), I received a message from king mattress and box spring. They looked int what went wrong (I think it was just a minor miss-statement) and immediately rectified the issue. Clearly we got top-rate customer service, and these guys are much better than anything you would get at a sleep train or the sort (not that I really considered sleep train anyways). Always nice to know a business really cares about the customer experience and is willing to follow up. 5 stars for that. Thanks king mattress and box spring!

66. I shopped around for a couple of weeks and this was by far
my favorite spot. Nice, low key sales approach, good prices and a super comfortable mattress. I ended up going with king mattress and box spring Tea
Leaf Classic. What else do you need out of the experience?
Oh and a 20-year warranty on a bed that was much cheaper than
comparable brand names at Sleep Train. I also tried Dirt Cheap and liked their selection but at the end of the day I felt better about buying from a place that
backs their product up with a warranty. At the same time the
prices were comparable. As a bonus the mattress comes compressed into a box which fit in the back of my 2-door VW GTI and I was able to drag it up
3 flights of stairs by myself (although it was definitely a
good workout, I’d recommend finding someone to help you with this part). I’ve now had the mattress for about a week and a half and I love it.
I’d definitely recommend this place.

67. Both the mattresses and the customer service at king
mattress and box spring are fantastic. The employees there
go above and beyond to make sure that you find a comfortable
mattress that you love. There are a number of different options
depending on what you like so there should be something for everyone.
This by far the best option for an ecofriendly mattress with also helpful
friendly staff available to answer all your questions.

68. Imagine purchasing a queen-sized mattress and bringing it
home in an Audi TT Convertible!!! I never imagined this to be possible..
..but I did it and it was amazing. I love to tell all my friends about my feat!!

First off, Jesse was amazing to work with. He was very friendly and I felt right
at home right away. He took me around the showroom to check out the different
mattresses and within about 10 minutes, the perfect (and affordable) mattress
was loaded in my passenger seat and I was on my way home. He even followed up
to make sure everything went okay getting the mattress home.
I wish I could have such an easy and enjoyable experience with other purchases.

69. After reading all of the reviews on king mattress and box spring.
I decided I HAD to make a trip to king mattress and box spring. I was not
disappointed at all. The atmosphere was great. It was clean, and peaceful.
The ‘sales’ people were awesome. Informative, laid back and let us do our thing.

We ended up with the basic pillow top. I’ll need to head back here to update
my review with the comfort/support of the mattress in a couple of months.

Anyways, I could not stop raving about how awesome this concept was to my
family and friends after my trip toking mattress and box spring. I know
the whole green thing can be a bit gimmicky. But the mattress in the box? Wow.
I’m still amazed.

71. Awesome place, found my perfect mattress, and because
I live nearby the warehouse guy bought up everything to my
house right after I purchased it. Amazingly great service! And
with the 80$ insurance I can return my mattress for free within
the first year… not planning on that though. It’s great!

72. We were shopping for king mattress and box spring. And
found that prices were just astronomical. Looked at some Tamper
like mattresses and they just were not quite up to the quality,
( but they were offered in the same store as the tamper’s)
And then stumbled upon king mattress and box spring.
saw the site and that they have a store in Vegas, so drove down,
walked in, was greeted by very nice sales man, offered us Green tea!
And lied down on the Cloud. Personally I could not tell the
difference between the 3K tamper and the 1k Cloud. so it was a
deal before they told me about all the Green benefits of the matters,
and then I was not only sold but happy with my purchase, and added
to that the fact they wheeled out the queen mattress in a box! And we were able to fit it in our Subaru! Phenomenal, a queen mattress that fits in a box and you can take home that day.. Not to mention all the company stands for and how they make their products I give them two thumbs up or 5 stars as it may be.

73. Best mattresses and best people ever. Jesse is my forever
“sleep consultant”. He is smart and sweet and really worked with me
so I had the most flexible of options, which I am now taking advantage
of and going to upgrade to the Dream model from the Classic. I have
all my friends come over and lie on my bed (and I had a Duxiana before)
and now they all want to sleep over! (Sorry, only one guy gets to do that!)
The beauty of this mattress is that I no longer toss and turn- it’s the
perfect combo of cradling and support. I have NEVER slept so well.

75. Sigh…I long for king mattress and box spring. I went to every
mattress store a few months ago searching for the perfect mattress and then gave up because it was too stressful. I HATE bargaining. I’m in sales and I always offer my clients the lowest price-I do not understand why mattress stores can’t just put a price on the mattress and call it a day. Anyway I digress. After reading glowing online reviews I decided to stop by new discount furniture and get a king mattress and box spring. Talk about the complete
opposite of my previous horrendous mattress buying experiences. First of all the show room smells like a day spa. I immediately felt relaxed and wanted to curl up on their beds. Then Jesse came over and actually paid attention to me (wow!), explaining about the mattresses and giving me time to lay on each one. No pressure, no stress, no haggling. I am in love with the king mattress and box spring You will be mine king mattress and box spring

76. BEAUTIFUL!!!! I got my mattress a while back and had the best
experience ever. I decided to get a new king mattress and box spring
a try. I’m so grateful that I did!

The service was awesome. I showed up about 10 minutes before they closed
and was welcomed in. I was given great customer service and tested out
each mattress for quite a while. I fell in love and purchased a fantastic
mattress along with some pillows, sheets and a foundation.
By far one of the best purchases I’ve made. No bs here just straight
-up amazing products. Thank you for the king mattress and box spring! 🙂

78. King mattress and box spring is excellent. Just had my first
sleep on the king mattress and box spring last night. This is one of
their more inexpensive mattresses ($600), but don’t let price fool you
. It was a really nice sleeping experience. All of the other stuff is true– green company, green tea, etc. etc. I won’t revisit that. I appreciate the great customer service. Jesse was our sales guy and he was really easy to work with. The other thing I loved was the ability to pack it in the back seat of my VW Passat and drive away. Mattresses are important, but can be a hassle. It’s hard to know what you’re buying, it’s a hassle to move them, and yet, they’re essential
To a great degree, king mattress and box spring removed this hassle
and made me feel good about the process.

79. I only have a few things to say about these guys: Customer Service: ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Dedication to product: PHENOMENAL
Product itself: HEAVEN!!! IM STILL IN MY CLOUD! 🙂 You can’t go wrong here… these people love what they do, believe
in what they are selling and it is worth every single dollar when
you lay your head down on a queen bed mattress. And, a personal
suggestion, the CLOUD is the way to go… thank you queen bed mattress!!!

80. No pressure sale. l know what l like to sleep on so l asked for it just after being shown the ”lowest” price model. Okay so that pushed the price up. Still – l got a great mattress and a cover. Well, l actually got 2 covers since the zipper
on the first cover malfunctioned and l couldn’t get it off of the mattress and Jesse suggested that l simply keep it and he’d supply me with another to compensate. l bought my queen bed mattress over a year ago now when Joe said,
“… hurry home and online us and you can be #4o.” Alas, l
am not # 4o. I waited until l could give a review based on
experience with this product. ALL’s l can say is…”l sleep well every single night, in bliss” of course l slept well before my queen bed mattress too, but because of
the age of my previous mattress, l was beginning to experience postural aches upon awakening. Now just blissful sleep and my body love how it feels the morning after. Thanks Jesse.

He is a great salesman and really knew his stuff. The queen bed
mattress is comfortable, eco-friendly, and compactly boxed. Great company!

82. This place is great!!! I bought my bed here 3 months ago
and i love it. They are not pushy salesmen, just down to earth genuine people.
The owner is really friendly and his staff is very helpful.
The queen bed mattress and box frame come packaged in small
boxes. I fit both in my friends little Honda. The show room
is small and simple but very welcoming. I recommend this place
to anyone and everyone looking for a comfortable mattress.

83. We went there on Saturday after my husband found it
online and liked what he saw. Jesse the sales guy was great, explained all the mattresses to us, listened to my bad back story, and then left us to decide.
We bought a queen size bed and frame and it all fit into the back
of the Volvo station wagon. Queen bed mattress set up was so easy and the great thing was whenwe opened the packaging no noxious fumes! Anyone looking for a new mattress needs to go here!!

84. Okay, to be honest, I did not buy a mattress from here.
But that was only because I’d just purchased a brand new futon.
However, after coming here with a friend that was in the market
for a mattress (and DID buy one from queen bed mattress) and testing
them out, I’m sold on a queen bed mattress for my next purchase! Super
comfortable and totally convenient for transportation from the store
to your place (vacuum-sealed in a medium sized box that has wheels on
it. Wheels!). Also, the salesman, Jesse, was really friendly, helpful,
and knowledgeable.

85. Okay so a couple years later and we still love this bed.
The only “problem” we have is that now whenever we are traveling
we compare every bed to our queen bed mattress and there is just no
comparison! We can’t sleep on anything else anymore…sigh.

86. We bought the Tea Leaf Supreme queen bed mattress and L-O-V-E it.
It’s very comfortable and every night we just can’t wait to go to bed. Although their product is not 100% green it’s more environmentally friendly
than the Sealy Select Comfort piece of crap you had before (does Sealy even
have an eco-conscience??? Must investigate further). We were warned the mattress would have a funny odor for the first few weeks
or so. Initially it was strong, but it disappeared quickly. We are happy to support queen bed mattress products and philosophy.
Jesse was amazing on both our visits. The customer service is EXCELLENT!
There was no pressure to buy and we frolicked on the mattresses until
we were confident in our selection.The packaging is genius (except for the stupid little useless handle which
we were also warned about). We rolled our king size right to the car and were off! We’d love to give Jesse (and queen bed mattress) some more business.

87. I LOVE queen bed mattress.Also bought the mattress/pillow covers and the metal bed frame…in other words, the whole shebang.

knowledgeable about all the products they sell. I found the perfect mattress! Free delivery is also a plus, but MD went above and beyond. My condo is on the 11th floor of a historic building and the elevators are too small to accommodate a queen, so they had to walk it up. The first delivery attempt failed, because the stairway is to narrow and angular for the heavy adjustable foundation. They simply could not deliver it to my unit without damaging the item or the walls. Jesse was able to find another adjustable foundation that was lighter and more flexible which allowed them to maneuver up the stairwell. Jesse accomplished this on the same day, so I didn’t have to wait another day! The delivery guys are also amazing! I had a very painful back injury in December and after being unable to lay flat in our horrible, old, saggy mattress for more than a couple of minutes, my husband drove to the full size mattress store and picked up one of their mattresses. Since then, we have become more and more in love with our mattress. We read many positive reviews and we have to say, they have all been true. It did take about a week for my body to adjust to a firmer, more supportive mattress but since then it’s been the most heavenly sleeping experience. I never wake up with a sore hip or shoulder any more whereas I used
to wake up every morning feeling like I’d been in a car accident. I’m sleeping better and more soundly and I look forward to bed time rather than dread another restless night. The full size mattress set had a faint smell when we first got it but it was not an offensive smell at all, like many memory foam mattresses can have. The smell has diminished and is all but gone now. We are also using the free pillows that came with the purchase of the mattress and find them to be the most comfortable pillows we have owned (and we’ve tried many different shapes, sizes, materials, etc. over the years). I really can’t say enough good things about this mattress. I feel that it had a huge impact on getting my back to a healthy place (along with Pilates) and I have no idea where I would be without it. As I said, full size mattress in a box is great — both product and service. Now, let’s hope they can get Sleep Trust to live up to their promises. We love our full size mattress in a box and the service when buying a mattress was excellent. However, do not purchase the “Kare Plan” as it is a complete waste. First, they sent an “organic” cleaner for us to try, which did absolutely nothing. Next, they said someone would come to “finish the job” — this person would call to schedule an appointment. Here we are almost 3
weeks and 3 follow up calls later and still nothing has been done. They insist that you call within 2 weeks of the stain (or else they will do nothing), but it seems that there is really no urgency to them.

115. I bought a mattress and metal frame from full bed mattress two years ago and have been really happy with both. The frame, though, was starting to break
consistently — the middle legs would buckle with the slightest movement and would have to be put back into place by lifting the whole bed, a really annoying and untenable problem. So I called the store and the guy said to just bring it in and they’ll replace it. He didn’t even ask what the problem was. So I show up 5 minutes before closing, they have a frame ready for me, look up my receipt,
and I’m out the door in a minute. On top of that, I saw when I got home that they made some improvements to the frame and to help prevent it from breaking in this way. Just awesome. Great product and customer experience.

0 minutes – home & back. Now we can sleep easy knowing we have a great
mattress that doesn’t hurt the planet.

153. Started my search for a bed at full size mattress set and a month
later ended up back at new discount furniture shop. I went with the step
up from the most basic mattress & got the pillow top. This mattress is so
comfortable. I’ve had it for 2 months and have no complaints.
The salespeople here are extremely helpful and friendly, and let
you lay on their beds for however long you want. I definitely
recommend new discount furniture shop to anyone looking for a new mattress.

And if I hadn’t just bought the T brand memory foam full size mattress set

The only gripe, if I have one, is that they don’t haggle on price at all…I guess times are good at the New discount furniture company. We got it home, unboxed it, let the air in and are currently watching it rise. Will report back once we get a few weeks sleep on it and business time happens.

this store is great – their eco-friendly approach, packaging, the fact that
you can stick a huge mattress in the back of your car…altogether lovely.
Luckily we picked up our comfy new bed; new discount furniture was offering

158. My full size mattress size was my first big purchase after moving to SF, so it’s only fitting that it be my first Yelp review. After 5 years,
I have no regrets about purchasing a full size mattress size. I bought
one of the most basic models, given my modest income, and Jesse never
tried to up-sell me a higher model. He also let me take my time trying
out all the mattresses, and was there to answer questions without
hovering over me. Given full mattress packaging, I was able to take
my mattress home in a cab (which Andy helped me haul- these were
the days before Lyft) and even bring it up two sets of stairs myself.
5 years later, I am still enjoying the comfort of my full mattress.
I have been back to the full mattress shop a few times – once to buy
a new dust cover (I destroyed my original one while moving), once to
buy a bed frame, and once to pick up a replacement bed frame when the
original broke within its warranty period. On the last visit, they
were extremely friendly and replaced the frame without question.
Amazingly, Jesse has always remembered me no matter how long it’s
been since I’ve seen him last. Their customer service is amazing
and I highly recommend full mattress.

159. I *love* full size mattress . I will never think of good mattresses again as a luxury so much as an investment in my back. Really reasonable prices for what you’re getting and the salespeople are great. Jesse was really helpful and

160. I felt good walking out with this mattress…literally,
you can take your own mattress home, which saves right there on
the carbon footprint thing of not having to have someone deliver
it to your house. The box it comes in is smaller than the mattress.
The twin mattress I bought came vacuum packed and folded in half
in the box – it’s like magic! I also feel I’ve done my best to buy the most eco-friendly mattress that exists right now. Service was very nice and efficient; price
was a good deal too. I am now considering buying full size mattress s memory foam top & bamboo sheets!

furniture because of all the eco-friendly goodness. We checked out the
Las Vegas store first and everyone there was very helpful and not overbearing
or salesperson-like. They told you what you needed to know and answered your
questions without trying to force a sale on you. Big plus for New discount
furniture. We ended up not buying the mattress that day, since we weren’t ready just yet. When the time came, we went to the Vegas store to make the purchase. We had the same great experience with the salespeople – there to help, but no pressure. We went home with our new mattress that day, but didn’t set it up for about 2 weeks. When we finally had it all set up, we realized that it didn’t quite decompress as much as it should. I called the store and spoke with Jesse and he had me email him some pictures of what our mattress looked like. He responded same day that they didn’t have any king size mattresses in stock but would in a few weeks and they would take care of swapping it out. He confirmed that the mattress should definitely expand a lot more than it did. We just got our new mattress today and we could tell the difference from the minute Jesse (from new discount furniture) opened the bag and let the mattress expand. Even though our original mattress was not fully decompressed, it was still a very comfy mattress. We can’t wait to sleep on our new mattress, which is almost at its correct decompressed height and it hasn’t even been half a day yet. We love the New discount furniture product and LOVE the customer service!

165. The folks at New discount furniture made the nightmare of mattress shopping an absolute joy. First of all, Jesse, the sales guy, was friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about the product without being pushy. He was simply honest about the product with no sales pitches or gimmicks. I’ve had my mattress for a week now, and I LOVE IT! I am finally sleeping through
the night! And, to make a great thing better, the mattresses are easy to assemble
and instantly ready for you. Lastly, they are green-what could be better?
The price was also great-much cheaper than organic mattresses at other retailers (and cheaper than non-organic versions, too) with great quality for the price. the memory foam wedge pillows. It took about 2 weeks to get used to the
pillows after 48 years of feather pillows. Now my neck has never felt better.
I fall asleep and sleep through the night. We also purchased the metal base
for our Queen bed. The storage underneath is an incredible feature and the
twelve contact points with the floor keep the mattress super still.

168. i got the greet tea leaf supreme memory foam……. It was the most
expensive memory foam they had! it was $1700 total with extra pillow and
bed protector…..I love the bed I sleep great on it !!

This past Sunday, we looked and Jesse was very helpful in helping me narrow
it down to the one I wanted, giving me all the facts and recommendations.
I was sold on the pillows after trying them as well as a protective Mattress cover. So, for quality mattresses and bed products at reasonable prices, new discount furniture cannot be beat. Keep up the good work guys.

170. My husband & I had read favorable reviews about new discount
furniture and we wanted to replace our soft bed. We really liked the fact that new discount furniture is so environmentally- friendly so we checked out their showroom. After sampling all of the mattresses (kids included!), we opted for a bed that was $1600 (sorry- don’t remember the model!).
It had air controls on both sides of the bed and it looks as though it has since
been discontinued. We also purchased the Tea Leaf pillows. I have to say that we have never slept better! We bought the bed over a year ago and LOVE it! The bed was easy to assemble and worth every penny. The pillows we bought are amazing. We actually take them on trips with us. They perfectly align your head and body  We highly recommend them. The salespeople were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a really great experience. Thank you new discount furniture!

171. I’ was no longer a poor college student anymore so I decided one day
it was time to get rid of the can’t-remember-where-I-found-it mattress that
I had I don’t know how long. I saw all the positive reviews here and decided
to give it a shot. Jesse set me up with a Tea Leaf Supreme pillows, and covers.
At the time, there was no free home delivery, so in it went in the car, up a
flight of stairs (it’s HEAVY) and into my apartment. Honestly, I don’t know
whether my old mattress was really bad or this news one was really good
(probably both), but the back aches that I thought was normal and learned to
live with was gone within a few weeks. I really did not expect that. However,
I had to exchange one of the foam pillows since it lost its shape after a few
nights. I have had the mattress for over a year now and it is as comfortable
as the first day I got it. Go full size mattress set!

got a good sense of our non-eco-friendly options. Then we went to full size
mattress set — which by the way had an amazing maple pecan scented candle
lit that just made you feel cozy right away — to see what the choices were
for mattresses that we could feel good about buying. I have to say, all but
one of the mattresses available were just a bit too firm for my personal preference.

locally that we could both try out and get for under $3k. So, after a few

and box spring was composed mainly of latex, so we settled on 2 options

spring back of the wagon, drove it home and wheeled it into the loft,
unwrapped the plastic and haven’t slept this good in years! We’ll NEVER

182. I saw these at the Dwell On Design Show back in ‘2020. I was
impressed by the decent prices and the product’s eco-friendly manufacturing
processes. I was able to get the metal fold-up frame AND a Queen Mattress
in my little VW GOLF. I got the lowest price model. (which has springs and
memory foam combo) I thought the memory-foam only mattresses were HARD! There is none of that annoying “bounce” that most spring mattresses can have. buddy complains how crappy his mattress is. I have told him to get a full size mattress and box spring! I laugh about his Macy’s mattress. He’s
bouncing all over the place. While I am in a state of soft, cozy-yummy-
slumber-luxury! Occasionally, I hear/feel the springs move around in the mattress.But, full size mattress and box spring has a 20-year warranty on the thing, so I am not too worried about it going south any time too soon.
My transaction with the Staff was quick and friendly. They helped
me get the products in my car. That was all that I required, because
I knew what I wanted after looking around for quite a while first.

I love the feel of the bed we got. Service was fantastic. We left on same
day with a new king size mattress and pad. No, the mattress has not changed
my life and my back pain is still present. However, I no longer wake up in
the middle of the night in pain, and in the morning I feel refreshed.
I do sleep better on a foam mattress; something to do with the “cocooning”
effect of slightly sinking in or something. I have to say that my husband
did not like the initial smell of the bed (I smelled nothing except for a
very light? cocoa powder scent), and he finds it too big. Other than that,
if you are shopping for mattresses, new discount furniture is definitely a

As a customer service representative myself, I place a lot of value on
quality customer service, and New discount furniture is top notch.
My husband and I had a bit of an ordeal with our New discount furniture
mattress experience. The first mattress we received (The New discount
furniture Plus) was perfectly comfortable and I slept very well on it,
however there was a dip in the center of the mattress that I was concerned
about. I sent New discount furniture the photos and they immediately responded
by very generously sending us out a brand new Keetsa Plus mattress. We were able to donate the first mattress to a family in need. The second mattress however, had issues as well. The first night we slept on the mattress we noticed that
there were lumps in the memory foam in several areas of the mattress down
towards the springs. I figured they would probably work themselves out
with time so we slept on the mattress for a month with no luck in working
out the lumps. I got so uncomfortable sleeping on the mattress that
I called New discount furniture again to let them know that there was
something wrong with our second mattress. They were very apologetic
and asked me if we wanted them to send out a new mattress or give us a
full refund. Being apprehensive about getting another New discount
furniture Plus mattress after getting two that were defective,
I asked if it would be possible for them to send us out the next model
up, the Pillow Plus even though it is about $100 more than the New discount
furniture Plus. They said they would absolutely send us the Pillow Plus.
New discount furniture was so accommodating and responded so promptly to our issues. I love New discount furniture and will definitely purchase mattresses from them in the future.

188. We bought two beds this week at the new discount furniture.
Jesse, the salesperson, was professional, patient and knowledgeable.
We were the only folks in the store so she gave us plenty of time to
decide. We were buying a new bed for us and one for our guest room.
he tailored her selection of beds accordingly. We ended up with a
tempurpedic and a Sealy posturepedic. The delivery was the next day
and again, the gentlemen were professional despite having to go up
and down 40 narrow steps. Glad we chose to buy local.

194. Buying our mattress here really was at new discount furniture seamless experience. My husband and I had been interested in switching to a
Tempurpedic for years now. Jesse was extremely knowledgeable about the product but also gave us time to just try out the different mattresses on our own without applying pressure to commit. When we did make a selection, he threw in several added perks (pillows, a mattress topper). He also told us about the price match guarantee such that if we found a discounted price he would refund us the difference. A few weeks later, tempurpedic advertised a 4th of July
mattress sale. We contacted Jesse and, within hours, we received a $500 credit back to our card. I was worried that maybe he’d note some catch that excluded
us from the discount but there was no push-back whatsoever. A five-star experience.

195. I was in dire need of a top quality mattress at a great price.
I had done my internet research and even tried a consumer reports top
pick with little success I was still looking for a deal on a tempurpedic.

200. So, who goes into the store lays on a mattress and says to themselves
“this is perfect!!” only to realize months down the road it was actually furthest
thing from what you thought!! In December I bought a firm mattress, always
thought that’s what I liked and wanted something good for my back. Didn’t realize that the firm mattress I bought would be like sleeping on a rock, like, literally! ! Funny, it didn’t feel like that when I laid on it at the store, but I guess you’re just kind of rushing the process as you’re not really testing it out. Fast forward, after giving it months of trying it out, I realized my choice was absolutely the wrong choice. I called and talked to the store Manager Jesse, told him my situation, he was disappointed in telling me my exchange window has come and gone, which I was well aware of, however he told me to drop by the following day and we can figure something out. When I arrived, we talked, I voiced my reasoning why I’m not comfortable with the mattress, and Jesse understood and went above and beyond to help me out. Long story short, my situation is resolved and I’m completely satisfied with the result, as I am a comfy sleeper with a new mattress that fits me better. I don’t know if the same can be done with or for other customers as was done for me, but I if so, the customer service here was damn near perfect, like, couldn’t be better!! Tempur-pedic mattress to replace a very good mattress I have used for about 10-12 years. The salesman, asked me a bunch of questions about how I sleep and showed me 3 mattresses that would fit the bill. He also suggested that I roll around for a bit to check for “give” and “bouncyness” (my words). The mattress was delivered as promised, on time, and they removed my old stuff. It took me three trips to make my decision, but each time Jesse was great, he even put change in my parking meter while I hung out. Delivery was a breeze and right on time with an accurate call ahead, so I didn’t have to hang around and waste my day.

I bought a bed 3 weeks ago and the salesman, Jesse, was pleasant and helpful. The delivery happened right on time as promised and everything was fine. different beds, I was feeling like Goldilocks! I learned that although memory
foam is all the rage, I can’t stand an all memory foam bed. I finally found

but never really found the right fit because of my lower back pain and just
didn’t really find a good store where I could ask my questions and get a
feel for the many mattress types. Let’s just say finding the right full

The night before our visiting parents arrived for Thanksgiving, we realized we had purchased the wrong setup from another company and were in desperate need of a box spring. a box. This being our first mattress purchase in many years, and having acquired some back and neck issues since, we knew we had to be diligent in our selection. Jesse spent a lot of time with us over multiple weekends teaching us about the products we were interested in, and was patient with us as we went back andforth multiple times on what we wanted. He was kind enough to share his personal experiences which helped us identify what qualities were important to us in a mattress, as well as how to best evaluate them. Jesse hooked us up with great pricing which beat the other mattress competition down the street hands down. (We clearly did some comparison shopping) Even better when I realized the day after I purchased the frame that it was too long for my room, cheap full size mattress let me switch it out for another frame without a lot of questions (thankfully it hadn’t been delivered yet). the mattresses sell themselves .We went into look at but bought instead.
The more we talked with her the better the deal. He was so knowledgeable
because we couldn’t get our bed onto the second floor and offered us split

Originally weren’t going to go back to Mancini’s as we were unhappy with a mattress we had bought there 3 years ago.From the minute we walked in Jesse solved all of our problem including knowing exactly which mattress we had and starting the process to file the warranty to replace our old bed which supposedly has issues.
